Collaborative Coaching for Meltdowns
The email-based coaching program that helps parents who are overwhelmed by meltdowns and dysregulation find individualized support that fits their unique child and family unit.
We've all frantically Googled how to deal with meltdowns after a particularly rough day. And while Google is wonderful at finding quick search results, it's not always so reliable at finding the right answers. Let's face it; generic parenting suggestions on the internet just don't cut it!
Because meltdowns are not one-size-fits-all.
Every child has unique triggers, sensitivities, strengths, challenges, and family dynamics that can and do effect their behaviour and dysregulation.
So, here's my solution for you: a coaching program that works with your unique and wonderful child, just as they are!
We'll discuss the ins and outs of your situation, and I'll come up with a plan to support your child and family moving forward.
Best of all? We'll gather and share information over email, so there's no scheduling conflicts like other virtual coaching programs!
How it works...

1
Welcome package + questionnaire
Once you've purchased a coaching session, you'll receive a welcome package with a questionnaire. This is to better understand your child's meltdowns, as well as possible triggers, and strategies used so far.
2
Plan of Action
Let me carry the mental load!
I'll develop a Plan of Action based on the info you've given me. This plan will include a list of strategies based on your child's specific triggers, self-regulation activities, and resources to support you, your child, and your family unit.
3
Review & Follow-up
Next you'll review the Plan of Action, implement the recommendations, and ask any follow-up questions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why email?
Everyone’s schedule looks different. As parents, we’re both busy and it’s often hard to find time to squeeze in a phone call. Email allows us to respond when it makes the most sense for us individually.
How long does it take to receive my plan of action?
Once I’ve received your answers to the questionnaire in the welcome package, I will send you a detailed plan within a 2-week window (10 business days).
How many times can I email you?
I will send you a follow-up email one week after the plan of action has been received, where you can ask any questions, go over any tricky areas you are experiencing, or share your child’s progress.
